Ek-Kardia in Greek means "From the Heart'. It's about transformation of the heart because the heart is the source of life.
We experience anxiety, depression, anger, shame, and a sense of not knowing what we truly want or who we truly are when we're living out of harmony with our true selves. In other words, the person we were meant to be is covered up. As a result, we develop patterns, habits, and behaviors that are in conflict with our values, beliefs, and gifts.
